I am an organizational leader with more than two decades of experience across federal government, higher education, and the aviation industry. I specialize in strategic organizational improvement, instructional design, and workforce talent development. I have over 12 years of experience leading high-impact training initiatives that strengthen talent readiness and operational performance in complex, highly regulated environments. Throughout my career, I have partnered with senior executive leaders and cross-functional teams to design and implement enterprise training programs for developing inspectors.
